YouTube-Promos.com is the storefront of the business. Being an E-commerce based business, YouTube-Promos interaction with it’s customers is all done over the web. First a customer comes to the website, and sees the services that are offered, if they have any questions, they can contact the owner via the contact form readily available on the website, and once they place an order, all communication is done via email until the order is complete. With no face to face contact, it is a struggle for E-commerce based business owners to convert their visitors into sales, and then to retain their one-time customers as new long term clients.
Having clean and easy to use E-commerce tools is one of the most important means to help these kind of businesses succeed. YTP was previously using 5 year old E-commerce based store, which was not mobile optimized. This resulted in over 50% of visitors would leave the website before even looking into the services being offered because it was difficult to use the website on their device, or because the design and layout of the website didn’t feel modern. In addition to a complete redesign of the website, we are running a promotional campaign for YouTube-Promos, projected to facilitate over 100,000 hits to the new website over the next month, and are reviewing the benefits of launching a video advertising campaign.
